The specific services, pricing, and scheduled date(s) are confirmed in Client's booking summary.
2. SCHEDULING
Chesco Crew will perform services on the date(s) confirmed at booking. Client will receive advance notice via SMS and email prior to each scheduled visit. Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or inability to access the property without constituting a breach of this Agreement. Client may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
In the event that a job at another client site runs over, Chesco Crew reserves the right to reschedule the affected appointment without being in breach of this Agreement, provided that a new appointment date is offered within 5 working days of the rescheduled visit. For purposes of this Agreement, working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. PAYMENT
Payment terms are as follows:
-
Online Bookings — The base rate for the selected service is charged at the time of booking. Any overages beyond the base rate will be charged upon completion of service delivery and are due on receipt. For example: if a base rate covers 10 windows and 15 windows are observed and cleaned upon arrival, the Client will be charged for the 5 additional windows at the applicable per-unit rate.
-
Recurring or Multi-Service Agreements — By entering into this Agreement, Client authorizes Chesco Crew to charge the payment method on file at the agreed-upon interval. Charges will continue automatically until the agreement is canceled in accordance with Section 12.
-
Service-Billed Agreements — For services delivered and invoiced after completion, payment is due upon receipt. Invoices will be issued and payable through Jobber's invoice and payment systems, unless separate payment terms have been established and agreed to in writing by both parties.
Client must notify Chesco Crew of any billing dispute within 10 days of receiving a charge or invoice. Undisputed balances remain due regardless of any disputed amounts.
Non-Payment — Non-payment of any amount due under this Agreement constitutes a material breach and causes direct financial harm to Chesco Crew. In the event of non-payment, Chesco Crew reserves the right to: (i) suspend all scheduled and future services until the outstanding balance is resolved; (ii) pursue collection of the unpaid amount by any lawful means, including referral to a collections agency or civil legal action; and (iii) recover reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, and collection costs incurred in pursuing the unpaid balance. Client acknowledges that Chesco Crew is a small business for whom unpaid invoices represent a meaningful and direct harm to operations, and agrees that this clause is reasonable and material to the terms of this Agreement.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client agrees to:
-
Provide safe, clear access to all areas requiring service on the scheduled date.
-
Secure or remove fragile, hazardous, or high-value items from service areas prior to each visit.
-
Ensure pets are secured and provide any necessary gate codes or access instructions.
-
Disclose any known property hazards, fragile surfaces, or conditions requiring special handling.
-
Provide access to necessary on-premises resources required to perform the scheduled services, including water and electrical supply. If such resources are unavailable or access is not granted, Client agrees to pay an additional fee for Chesco Crew to supply independent water and/or power generation equipment as needed.
Failure to provide access on a scheduled date will result in a trip charge billed to Client. The trip charge is equal to the base rate of the scheduled service.
5. INSURANCE, LIABILITY & CLIENT WAIVERS
Chesco Crew maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by applicable law. Chesco Crew's total liability for any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Chesco Crew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for damage to property with pre-existing conditions (including cracked glass, deteriorating caulk, rotted wood, peeling paint, or surfaces not designed to withstand professional cleaning). Client is responsible for disclosing such conditions prior to service.
By entering into this Agreement, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following waivers:
-
Window Seams & Seals — Client waives any and all claims for damage to window seams and seals on windows that are 8 years of age or older at the time of service.

-
Siding & Stucco — Client waives all claims for damage to siding and stucco surfaces that have been soft-washed.
6. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If Client is not satisfied with any service, Client must notify Chesco Crew within 24 hours of service completion. Chesco Crew will re-perform the disputed service at no additional charge within a reasonable timeframe. This re-service remedy is Client's sole remedy for unsatisfactory work.
7. HANDYMAN SERVICES — ADDITIONAL TERMS
Each handyman task will be defined in a written Work Order approved by Client before work begins. Work Orders specify scope, estimated hours, materials cost, and total price. Materials are billed at cost plus an agreed markup. Handyman services do not include licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or structural work unless Chesco Crew provides evidence of applicable licensure. Permits, where required, are the Client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. PHOTO & VIDEO USE
Chesco Crew may take before-and-after photographs and video recordings of Client's property for the purpose of documenting work quality, internal records, and marketing. By entering into this Agreement, Client grants Chesco Crew a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such images and recordings on its website, social media channels, advertising materials, and other promotional content.
Chesco Crew will not include the Client's full name, street address, or other personally identifying information in any public-facing use of such content without Client's separate written consent. Client may opt out of photo and video marketing use at any time by notifying Chesco Crew in writing; this opt-out does not affect Chesco Crew's right to retain images for internal documentation purposes.
9. REVIEWS & TESTIMONIALS
Chesco Crew may request that Client provide a review or testimonial following service completion. Participation is entirely voluntary. If Client provides a review or testimonial, Client grants Chesco Crew permission to reproduce and publish that content, in whole or in part, across its marketing channels including but not limited to its website, social media, and print materials. Chesco Crew will not alter the substance of any testimonial without Client's consent.
Client agrees not to post knowingly false, misleading, or defamatory reviews about Chesco Crew on any public platform. Client acknowledges that Chesco Crew reserves the right to respond publicly to reviews in a professional manner.
10. REFERRAL PROGRAM
Chesco Crew may offer a referral program under which existing Clients receive a credit, discount, or other incentive for referring new customers. Referral terms, values, and eligibility are determined by Chesco Crew and are subject to change at any time. Referral credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be applied toward future Chesco Crew services. Chesco Crew reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.
11. COMMUNICATIONS, DATA & MARKETING CONSENT
Data Collection & Use — By completing checkout, Client consents to Chesco Crew collecting, storing, and using Client's name, service address, phone number, and email address for the purposes of service delivery, account management, billing, and communications. Client data is managed in part through Jobber, a third-party field service management platform, and through Chesco Crew's payment processor.
Chesco Crew may share Client contact information with Chesco Listings, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson operating under Keller Williams Devon-Wayne (744 W. Lancaster Ave., Suite 125, Wayne, PA 19087 | (610) 647-8300), for the purpose of sharing relevant real estate market information, home valuations, and neighborhood updates. Client consents to such sharing by accepting this Agreement and may opt out at any time by notifying Chesco Crew in writing. No other third-party data sharing will occur without separate consent.
Transactional Communications — Client consents to receive transactional communications from Chesco Crew via SMS, email, and phone related to booked services, including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, invoices, and service follow-ups.

-
Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any service.
-
Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications.
-
Client may opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
-
Client may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
-
To opt out of phone-based marketing, Client may notify Chesco Crew in writing at any time.
Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications related to active or booked services.
Third-Party Platforms — Client acknowledges that Chesco Crew uses Jobber for scheduling, invoicing, and client management, and a third-party payment processor for processing payments. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Chesco Crew is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party providers.
12. TERMINATION
Either party may cancel a scheduled service with 48 hours' notice at no penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the base rate for the service, or to other agreed-upon terms under contract. For ongoing service agreements, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice; Client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered through the termination date.
13. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Chesco Crew is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute arising under this Agreement, the parties agree to the following process:
-
Step 1 — Direct Resolution: The parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by written notice describing the issue, with a good-faith response required within 10 business days.
-
Step 2 — Mediation: If direct resolution fails, the parties agree to pursue non-binding mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
-
Step 3 — Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of law where irreparable harm is at risk.
15. GENERAL
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the services described and supersedes all prior discussions or representations. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Chesco Crew reserves the right to update these terms; updated terms will be presented at the time of future bookings. Client's continued use of Chesco Crew's services following notice of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.
16. PROJECT-BASED PRICING
All services performed by Chesco Crew are quoted and billed at a project rate, not an hourly rate. The project rate reflects Chesco Crew's professional assessment of the scope of work and is fixed at the time of booking.
If Chesco Crew completes the work in less time than anticipated, the full project rate remains due and payable. Client acknowledges that efficiency and experience are a reflection of Chesco Crew's professional expertise and agrees that actual time on site is not a basis for discount, renegotiation, or adjustment of the agreed-upon price.
If the work takes longer than anticipated due to conditions within Chesco Crew's control, no additional charges will be assessed beyond the agreed project rate, unless a written Change Order has been issued, agreed to, and signed by both parties prior to the additional work being performed. Change Orders may be issued when the scope of work materially differs from what was represented at the time of booking, including but not limited to undisclosed property conditions, access limitations, or Client-requested additions to the original scope.
Client agrees that no verbal representations, on-site conversations, or implied agreements shall constitute a Change Order. All scope changes must be documented in writing to be enforceable.
17. AUTOMOTIVE DETAILING SERVICES
17.1 Scope Chesco Crew offers the following automotive detailing services as selected at booking:
-
Exterior Wash & Detail — Hand wash, clay bar treatment, tire and wheel cleaning, window cleaning, and exterior dressing of trim and tires.

Paint Correction — Multi-stage machine polishing to remove swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and surface contaminants. Results are dependent on paint condition, paint thickness, and prior paint history.
-
Ceramic Coating — Application of professional-grade spray ceramic coating for paint protection. Spray ceramic coatings typically provide 6–9 months of protection under normal conditions. Ceramic coating services require a paint correction assessment prior to application. Client acknowledges that spray ceramic coatings differ from multi-stage permanent or semi-permanent ceramic coating systems and agrees that durability expectations are consistent with a spray-applied product. Coating longevity may vary based on environmental conditions, washing frequency, and vehicle use.
17.2 Pre-Service Inspection Prior to commencing any automotive detailing service, Chesco Crew will conduct a visual inspection of the vehicle and document any pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to scratches, swirl marks, chips, dents, stains, odors, and worn or damaged surfaces. Chesco Crew will also measure paint thickness using a paint mil meter to assess the depth of clear coat available for safe paint correction.
Readings will be documented and shared with Client prior to service. If paint thickness is insufficient to safely support paint correction, Chesco Crew will advise Client accordingly and recommend an alternative service. Client will be asked to acknowledge the pre-service inspection report. Chesco Crew is not liable for any pre-existing conditions identified at the time of inspection, nor for paint correction outcomes on vehicles where thin clear coat was disclosed prior to service.
17.3 Client Waivers — Automotive By entering into this Agreement, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following waivers specific to automotive detailing services:

-
Interior Surfaces — Client waives all claims for damage to worn, cracked, faded, or fragile interior surfaces including leather, vinyl, plastic trim, and upholstery that show pre-existing signs of wear or deterioration at the time of service.
-
Paint Correction Outcomes — Client acknowledges that paint correction results vary based on paint type, condition, thickness, and prior repair history, and waives claims for outcomes that fall short of expectations where such limitations are attributable to the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.
-
Ceramic Coating Adhesion — Client waives claims related to ceramic coating performance or adhesion failure on vehicles with compromised, repainted, or previously coated surfaces that were not disclosed prior to service.
17.4 Vehicle Release Client represents that they are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to have detailing services performed. Chesco Crew is not responsible for any claims arising from unauthorized service requests.

Services may include exterior hand wash, polishing, waxing, interior vacuuming and surface cleaning, window and windshield treatment, and landing gear and wheel well cleaning, as specified at booking.
18.2 FAA & Regulatory Compliance Chesco Crew's detailing services are strictly cosmetic in nature and do not constitute aircraft maintenance, repair, or alteration as defined under FAA regulations. No detailing service performed by Chesco Crew requires a logbook entry or affects the airworthiness of the aircraft. Client is solely responsible for ensuring the aircraft's continued airworthiness and compliance with all applicable FAA regulations. Chesco Crew personnel will not open inspection panels, access avionics bays, or perform any task that could be construed as maintenance under 14 CFR Part 43.
18.3 Airport & FBO Access Client is responsible for arranging all necessary ramp access, security clearances, and FBO permissions required for Chesco Crew to access the aircraft. Chesco Crew is not liable for service delays or cancellations resulting from access restrictions, security requirements, or FBO policy changes. Any fees associated with ramp access or FBO services are the responsibility of the Client.
18.4 Pre-Service Inspection Prior to commencing any aviation detailing service, Chesco Crew will conduct a visual inspection of the aircraft exterior and accessible interior surfaces, documenting pre-existing conditions including but not limited to paint chips, corrosion, scratches, worn decals, cracked windows, and damaged seals.
Chesco Crew will also measure paint and polyurethane coating thickness using a paint mil meter to assess whether sufficient material exists to safely support polishing or paint correction services. Readings will be documented and shared with Client or Client's authorized representative prior to service. If coating thickness is insufficient to safely support the requested service, Chesco Crew will advise Client accordingly and recommend an alternative approach. Client or Client's authorized representative will be asked to acknowledge the pre-service inspection report. Chesco Crew is not liable for any pre-existing conditions identified at the time of inspection, nor for outcomes on aircraft where thin coating was disclosed prior to service.
18.5 Client Waivers — Aviation By entering into this Agreement, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following waivers specific to aviation detailing services:
-
Pre-Existing Paint & Surface Conditions — Client waives all claims for paint damage, corrosion, scratches, or surface deterioration that are identified as pre-existing at the time of the pre-service inspection or are consistent with normal aviation wear and environmental exposure.

-

-
Airworthiness — Client waives all claims against Chesco Crew related to the airworthiness of the aircraft following detailing services. Client acknowledges that cosmetic detailing does not affect and is not a substitute for proper aircraft maintenance.
18.6 Liability Cap — Aviation Given the high value of aviation assets, Client acknowledges that Chesco Crew's liability for any claim arising from aviation detailing services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific aviation detailing service giving rise to the claim. Client is strongly encouraged to ensure their aircraft hull insurance is current and adequate prior to scheduling detailing services.
18.7 Authorized Representative Client represents that they are the registered owner of the aircraft or have written authorization from the registered owner to have detailing services performed. Chesco Crew reserves the right to request proof of ownership or authorization prior to commencing service.
18.8 Pricing All aviation detailing services are quoted and billed at a project rate consistent with Section 16 of this Agreement. Time on site is not a basis for discount or renegotiation.
By checking "I agree," Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to this Service Agreement in its entirety, and authorizes Chesco Crew to perform the selected services and communicate with Client under the terms set forth above.
